To enhance international cooperation and improve the quality of training in the hospitality industry, on January 16, 2024, in Zurich, Switzerland, Prof.Dr. Nguyen Minh Ha, President of Ho Chi Minh City Open University, visited and worked with representatives from the Business and Hotel Management School (B.H.M.S).

During the meeting, the two institutions signed a cooperation agreement in the field of restaurants and hotels. Accordingly, they will promote activities such as faculty and student exchanges, enhance research collaboration, develop training programs and materials, create internship and employment opportunities for graduates, and boost international projects for sustainable development in the region and beyond.

The Business and Hotel Management School (B.H.M.S) in Switzerland is one of the world's leading institutions in hotel management education. Practical training is an integral part of the curriculum at B.H.M.S. Each year, students undergo internships for 4-6 months at hotels or restaurants approved by B.H.M.S. Additionally, B.H.M.S. collaborates with numerous international recruiting companies, providing many job opportunities in Europe, Asia, and North America for graduates.
