Family – Where Love Stories Begin
Family, the sacred words have been attached to each of us since childhood. In the loving arms of our parents and grandparents, we grow up day by day, taking our first steps in life. Family is a shelter, a place we return to after setbacks, a solid foundation that helps us overcome all difficulties and challenges.
Warm meals, words of encouragement, happy smiles with loved ones have become unforgettable memories. Family is where we share joys and sorrows, where we find empathy and understanding. The love and care of family is a valuable asset that helps us stand firm on the path of life.
Although life has many changes, family is always a solid foundation, a place we return to to recharge and continue the journey ahead.
Vietnamese Family Day – Connecting Love
Vietnamese Family Day is an occasion for us to express our affection, gratitude and appreciation to grandparents, parents, siblings, and loved ones. It is also an opportunity for family members to gather, reminisce about good memories, and create memorable moments.

Choun Voleakmakmithona, a Cambodian student at Ho Chi Minh City Open University, shared: "The program ‘Vietnamese Family with Lao and Cambodian students studying in Ho Chi Minh City' is a very meaningful program for international students like us. It would be great if we had foster parents to care for, help, and love us during our time living and studying in Viet Nam. This is also an opportunity for us to learn more deeply about the culture of Vietnamese people through many cultural exchange activities. I believe that the good relationships from this program will be a solid foundation for the friendship among Vietnam – Laos – Cambodia to become stronger and more developed."
