To establish a cooperative relationship between Ho Chi Minh City Open University and IDC Vietnam Co., Ltd., with the aim of enhancing training quality and creating internship and job opportunities for learners, a cooperation agreement signing ceremony was held on July 5, 2024, at the Tradition Room, 97 Vo Van Tan Campus, Ho Chi Minh City Open University.

Attending the ceremony were: From Ho Chi Minh City Open University: Dr. Le Nguyen Quoc Khang - Vice President; MSc. Ho Thanh Son - Deputy Head of Student Affairs and Communications Department; and MSc. Le Khoa Nguyen, Director of the Research and Development Center. Also in attendance were other university administrators, staff, and employees. Representing IDC Vietnam Co., Ltd.: Ms. Vo Hong Hanh - the General Director; Mr. Pham Duc Tri - Director of External Relations; and Mr. Nguyen Quang Quoc Hung - Director of Sales.

By utilizing existing resources, both parties aim to establish a high-quality educational environment that meets the growing demands of the global workforce. This partnership will provide learners with diverse learning opportunities, specialized knowledge, and practical experience. Furthermore, it will open doors to international job prospects, offering promising career paths for young people.

The cooperation signing ceremony with enterprises not only marks a significant milestone in Ho Chi Minh City Open University's sustainable education development strategy but also solidifies the university's role in connecting with government agencies, organizations, and businesses, thereby creating support conditions for students. With the support of enterprises, Ho Chi Minh City Open University will continue to advance on its development path, bringing practical value to the community and society. Accordingly, under the assignment of the University's Board of Management, the Research and Development Center will be the focal point for cooperation with IDC Co., Ltd. to actively implement many practical activities, contributing to bringing benefits to both parties.
