On the afternoon of July 15, 2024, at room 704, 35-37 Ho Hao Hon Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City Open University had the honor of welcoming a delegation from Hanoi University.
In attendance were: For Ho Chi Minh City Open University: Prof. Dr. Nguyen Minh Ha - President; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Xuan Truong - Vice President; Dr. Phan Thi Ngoc Thanh - Vice Chair of the Board of Directors, Director of the Online Training Center. For Hanoi University: Assoc. Prof.Dr. Pham Ngoc Thach - Chairman of the Board of Directors, Party Secretary, Editor-in-Chief of the Foreign Language Science Journal; Dr. Luong Ngoc Minh - Vice President, Party Committee member, Secretary of the Party, Head of the Equipment and Technology Department. Also in attendance were leaders of various units from both universities.
At the reception, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Minh Ha - President of Ho Chi Minh City Open University, expressed his pleasure in welcoming the delegation from Hanoi University and introduced the history, training programs, research, scientific publications, and outstanding achievements that the university has achieved over the past time.
Dr. Phan Thi Ngoc Thanh, Vice Chair of the Board of Directors and Director of the Online Training Center, provided a brief overview of the online undergraduate programs.
The delegation from Hanoi University also presented the university's highlights in education and international cooperation. The meeting served as an opportunity for both sides to discuss and exchange experiences in research, teaching development, and educational management.
