AUN – QA International Conference 2019

Following the activities related to quality assurance work of Ho Chi Minh City Open University, from March 3 to March 7, 2019, a delegation of the University attended the AUN-QA International Conference 2019 in Manila, Philippines, with the aim to understand, update information and quality assurance activities, as well as to connect with partners in ASEAN and international regions in this field.

This year's conference had the attendance of many prestigious and experienced speakers in quality assurance from many countries in the region and the world, such as:

– Br. Armin A. Luistro FSC – President De La Salle Philippines;

– Prof. Michael Murphy – President Emeritus, University College Cork, Ireland;

– Prof. Dr. Kazuo Kuroda – Graduate School of Asia-Pacific Studies, Waseda University;

The main topics presented in this year's Conference include:

- how to operate a quality culture that combines particulars of the training institution and a flexible framework imbued with the thoughts of each officer, lecturer, and stakeholder.
