As the purpose of both providing knowledge and enhancing necessary skills for students of the new era, on Feb 16^th 2017 at Vo Van Tan campus, The school of Advance study held a seminar “How to control your emotion”.

The goal of the seminar is to help students in managing themselves and control their emotions when facing negative mental situation, thus the seminar attracted many students to participate. Dr Tran Thi Thanh Tra, professor from The Faculty of Sociology – Social Work – South East Asia study, the speaker of the seminar, shared many meaningful and applicable knowledge in terms of identifying different emotional statuses and how to cope with them.
