On March 1, 2019, at the Hall of the Campus 35-37 Ho Hao Hon, Ho Chi Minh City Open University held the Conference of Information Results of the 10th National Congress of the Vietnam Students’ Association, termed 2018 - 2023; assigning Association's tasks and City Student Movement to study in semester II of school year 2018 – 2019.

Attending the Conference, there were Mr. Nguyen Viet Que Son – Chairperson of Ho Chi Minh City Students’ Association, Mr. Pham Kieu Hung - Standing Vice Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City Students’ Association, and Mr. Thi Ngoc Linh – Vice-Chairperson of City Students’ Association, Comrade Dang Hoang Song Phuong – Vice-Chairperson of City Students’ Association and many students in the Secretariat of Students’ Association of schools in Ho Chi Minh City.

At the conference, the comrades were informed of the results of the 10^th National Congress of the Vietnam Students’ Association which took place in Hanoi Capital in December. Afterward, the University Secretariat also discussed issues related to students’ movement and activities to care for students' life in order to work out a quick solution. In addition, the University had also set the orientation for organizing upcoming activities and especially the Green Summer Campaign 2019.
