30 scholarships with a total value of VND 60,000,000 were awarded to disadvantaged students and achieved excellent academic results of the University at the National New Year Festival 2020.  This is the program of the Ho Chi Minh City Open University which is held annually on the occasion of Spring, to help HCMC Open University to reunion their families.

Besides, at the festival, 27 free car tickets were also delegated
