The Open Day 2016 with the high investing in quality and scale attracted more than 4000 students from Ho Chi Minh city Open university and other universities and colleges. Participating this event, students could experience the festival name “We are OU-ers” with many booths from student’s clubs, groups of the university and student supporting booths from enterprises, the sponsors of the event. Students had the opportunity to go shopping, buying delicious snacks without much concern about prices as well as experience students supporting activities by enterprises. Besides, booths of active games also drew many attentions from students. And the most anticipated event was the performances of many young pop stars with their well-known hits.

All activities created a vivid and meaningful Open Day 2016; the event was also the occasion for generations of students to network. The event was a platform for students to showcase their talent, energy and passion that represent Ho Chi Minh city Open University’s students.
