On October 29^th, 2019, Ho Chi Minh City Open University (HCMCOU) held a talk show named: “The culture of students’ behaviors in social networks”

The talk show was organized by HCMCOU and Tien Phong Newspaper and attracted the interest of many researchers, teachers, hundreds of OU and the other universities student, news agencies, central and local journalism in Ho Chi Minh City.

At the talk show, speakers, experts and teachers shared respectively the contents of these topics:

• The actual situation on behaviours in social networks (Facebook, Zalo, Instagram, Viber, Google,..) at the present. The negative, unexpected effects for lack of social behavior.
• The legal laws related to speech, behaviors in social networks. The role of ethics and traditional cultures in adjustment, forming the culture of social network’s behaviors.
• Solutions for orienting and support young generation in self-adaption for social network’s behaviors
